This franchise was destined for greatness.  The inclusion of fast cars, beautiful models, great action sequences backed by a relatable story of deception and loyalty.

Below are the links to the films from (internet movie database) within the franchise.  Please note that one of the films is actually out of sequence but that is not revealed until the 6th installment.  “The Fast And The Furious: Tokyo Drift” is the 3rd installment of the franchise but actually takes place after the events of the 6th installment.

The 7th installment will be the 1st sequel to “The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift.”  It will bring back the main cast and see the addition of Jason Statham as of this entry.

I definitely recommend watching the films in sequence so that would leave you watching the 3rd installment (Tokyo Drift) after the 6th installment so you can see where it falls in the timeline.

The soundtrack has gotten better over the years and includes Eminem, Royce da 5’9″ and Ludacris who pulls double duty by acting in the series as well.

Here is a video off the soundtrack to “Fast Five.” It is called “Don Omar” by Danza Kuduro ft. Lucenzo
